FOUNDER, CEO

Adrian Davis is the founder and CEO of RAM Surgical. Adrian oversees the day to day operations of the company with a special emphasis on customer service and logistics. With nearly two decades of medical device operational and management experience, Adrian developed a sharp eye for emerging trends in the business of healthcare. As an entrepreneur who quickly built RAM Surgical into one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s most sought after providers of surgical instrument repairs. In 2005 Adrian decided to focus on and grow the disposable medical product lines of RAM Surgical. Adrian and RAM Surgical were featured in the national publication Black Enterprise Magazine as a finalist for the 2010 Small Business of the Year after achieving a 150% increase in company sales of disposable medical products.

RAM Surgical clients have ranged from small surgery centers to large healthcare systems locally and nationally. Prior to starting RAM Surgical, Adrian held positions such as regional sales director and national accounts manager.

VICE PRESIDENT

Dana Davis is co-owner and VP of RAM Surgical. Dana manages the overall administration of RAM including HR, finance, and facilities. With over 20 years of success in leading and managing teams, Dana plays a key role in developing and maintaining the company's culture and values.

Dana is an entrepreneur who always thinks ahead and uses her strong financial acumen in planning RAM’s outlook. Prior to joining RAM, Dana oversaw a revenue portfolio exceeding $200 million dollars for top 20 accounts in her role as the National Account Manager for a class 1 railroad.
